Course curriculum
This course will teach you the core skills that you need to accelerate your career and realise your potential.
We will cover everything from when you first join a new team to when you become a successful business leader.
Topics include: team dynamics, communication styles, project delivery, change management, performance coaching, talent management, emotional intelligence, developing others, strategy formulation, business transformation and innovation to highlight just a few.
Course format
The course will be delivered to a small group of students through a combination of online lectures, online classes and one-to-ones over a 12 month period.
Students will be expected to complete assignments throughout the course.

12 distinct modules delivered in a combination of online lectures and a monthly online class where you can interact with your peers
4 one-to-one coaching sessions to focus in on the specifics of your personal situation
Access to all materials required to complete the course including any recommended reading
Online classes
Classes are held once a month in the evenings on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and you will be able to select the day that works best for you.
